so i applied for a morgage modification for home owners bailout,
submitted my application the first day it came to my state unfortunately i have to do every thing by phone, fax, and mail; well any way i faxed the application and requested documents in a very timely manner, called to make sure they received it the next day and the said they did not it must have been misplaced so i spent another twenty dollars to fax info again. one month later i recieve a letter stating that they did not receive all the requested info ; so i then just to be on the safe side mailed all info to the address indicated then two weeks latter i called to make sure they recieve all the info and the woman i spoke with indicated at first that they had not and it must have been lossed. i explained to her how many times i had sent this in and then she changed her story that it was all there and it was just waiting to be looked over by an agent and there was no more i needed to send in; one week later i recieve a letter stating that they did not get all the the application information and it was now closed . this letter was dated one day after i called to confirm. its almost three months later and have to start all over again . these people dont care about there customers, wamu never changed ive had nothing but problems with them, even the letter they sent me was unprofessional, it was half written and not signed or any thing i pretty much had to guess what i said. funny thing, the same day i get this letter i receive a call from my home insurance agent and she says she got a very suspicious phone call from wamu saying that wamu had sent me a letter asking me if i would like more coverage on my home and wamu told my agent i sent it back that i did, my agent told wamu that she would have to see the letter first, wamu said she could not do that, my agent told wamu that she would have to confirm it with me before anything was raised apparently wamu argued with my agent. my agent told me it was a very interesting conversation she had and it was obviously not true. wamu chase is a horrible company and i think i will have to get attorney involved.
