Please review the following complaint against Linda Ivey manager of Fieldstone Farms Homeowners Association. She is employed with Morris Property Management of Nashville Tennessee. We have had problems with harassment from her.
We have lived in Fieldstone Farms for 17 years and own 3 homes in the area. Two of the homes are rental. One year Linda with help of a neighbor of one of our tenants would make bogus and false accusations against the tenants. One of the household members of the tenants was battling cancer at the time thus making it difficult to counteract her viscous accusations. I would receive multiple notices from Linda thus having to seek my attorney who wrote the neighbor a notice threatening to file a harassment restraint if not stopped.
The Morris Property Management sent us a bill for $69.00 for a basketball goal violation in March 2nd with late charges. We received this notice in mid May unaware of the violation. My boys have been wonderful putting it away when not in use. Why do we receive a bill with late charges and not even being aware of the violation? This was appealed I want you to be aware that the appeal was denied by the Fieldstone Farms HOA despite our unawareness of the violation. They have even added more late charges thus adding to $80.00. Our feelings are this continues to be severe harassment.
Linda has threatened to charge us with ivy on the easement in the back of the property. We never planted the ivy and thus not responsible for the easement.
She has threatening us continuously and we are asking for her to please stop.
Please we ask you to be aware of Linda Ivey's extreme harassment. The complaints have been reported to the Morris Property Management without resolution.
I have been to HOA of Fieldstone and they don't listen. They disrespect renters and landlords who live in the area. Our wishes are for everyone to be aware of Linda Ivey’s and the Fieldstone Farms HOA unethical practices. Morris Property Management claims to be a company of Christian principles and ethics. I conclude that they are not.
Thanks
