This company charged us 750.00 up front and 1, 700.00 to be paid when they delivered a modification "we were happy with" Mike Lopez sat at my kitchen table on 8/16/08 at 6pm and said in regards to our 2nd "most of the time we just make those go away" and in regards to the foreclosure process and calls from the bank "hiring us suspends all that". He told us how he had a "special relationship" with the lender. Then told us it would take 30-60 days and later changed it to 60-90 days.

Coincidently, the next day 8/17/08 I got an offer from the bank to lower my payment for 3 years and reduce my principle by 50K!I handed it over to Mike as I had been instructed to, and he said "great! They are willing to work with us, we are going to get you a great deal! Sit tight." He told us the 1st 30 days would be spent building an "airtight" file and then the "tough negotiations" would begin.

After 3 mos. I hadn’t heard anything and began making phone calls to them (which were avoided). I went to the office and Mike told me that the lender was being "very difficult" and that he was preparing to make some legal maneuvers (which never happened). After 6 months my house went into foreclosure and I began to incur lawyers fees. I was then notified by the lender that my app had been denied because Anna at the MCenter had misreported my income. I tried to hire someone else but they all wanted 2 to 3k in advance and I couldn’t do it.

Feeling desperate, I got on the phone with the lender and went through my financials line by line until we found the mistakes. 3 days later the modification was approved. The owner at the MCenter takes full credit because of his "diligent work". And SURPRISE! Now there calling! Because they found out the mod went through and they want their $1, 700.00!
What nerve! What about the 100+K he cost me? And all the broken promises, and nearly causing me to loose my house?
Not to mention the fact that this idiot had absolutely nothing to do with the success of the modification, and everything to do with screwing the whole thing up completely? If you want full credit Cameron then take it and pay me the 100K you gave up!

Cameron Pannabecker, the owner, talks like some type of righteous person, and is ever condescending, but if you take the time to look at the proof, or read between the lines, you can see he’s a real slime ball.
There was A LOT more lying and negligence that went on too, I have full documentation to support all of it. I was ripped off, its wrong and I wont stand for it.
