Fraud
These guys said they would get me a modofication on my martgage. They took my money, told me not to make payments and after 11 months of waiting, put me on the brink of losing our home and ruined my credit.
They should be prosecuted for this since they have obviously and knowingly took peoples money and provided nothing in return except ruin.

UNABLE TO MAKE CONTACT
I hired this group back in January 2010 they were helpful at first but once payment was received I was unable to make contact with them and now I am seeing all over the internet that they are no longer in business but I have paid them for their services and I have not received an email or phone call or anything else for that matter from this Law Group. I have called and emailed them but nothing.

Dishonest and lack of communication
Tom McGeehan from national mortgage mod
insisted he could help me modify my mortgage
with AHMSI. Said they modified hundreds of
mortgages with them. Told me ahmsi didn't
participate in Making Homes Affordable. Before
I paid them Tom was very responsive but once he
got paid communication stopped not to mention
magically ahmsi did participate in Making
Homes Affordable. Tom said this change happened
3 weeks ago. AHMSI said they participated from
the start. Now I am out $750 and still have
an unmodified mortgage.

My wife and I Linda and andrew petersimes 803 317 4225 have been working diligently delivering all the requested documents requested. We receive no return phone calls or postings on their website of any updates. When I do get someone on the they claim Dawn Sullivan just emailed me an update on the same day. The chance probability is next to -o- for this to occur. We were instructed not to make the next 4 mortgage payments and they would be modified and placed on the back end of our mortgage? I'm not sure about this. This firm promised to look over my loan docks via an attorney with a fine tooth comb. This has never occurred. They are a counseling group set up with the IRS as a profit entity. Wrong. The attorney, Mr Velahos is a name for fronting the so called legit business. I'm going next to the attorney general and voice my complaint. I want a full refund or for them to do what they say. Liars. I am very upset and on meds. now over this poor choice of help in difficult times.

RIP OFF
They told me they could help me with a mortgage modification. Charged me 1800 dollers and did nothing for me. Now they won, t return phone calls. I got intouch with the lawer they gave me, he told me Infinity fiered him. Now I am about to loose my house. They claim to be accreded with the BBB. I did a search, theBBB have no record of them.There web site is still up to rip more inicent people who are down and out. They also claim to have a money back guarrantee if they can, t help you.

Took our money and did nothing for us, and will not refund
We hired these people back in January to help save our home. 6 months and $3100.00 later they did nothing to assist in the modification of our home loan. We ended up going with another company, because they were not getting the job done to save our home. We have called and left messages and sent several e mails requesting a refund of all $3100.00 be returned to us. Wehave not heard back either via phone or email from anyone at this firm in regards to our refund request since my original request in May, 2009. I would not recommend anyone use this firm for loan modification or any other reason. If any injunctions out there against this firm. Please let me know. If The Loan Modification Group Inc. refunds my monies I will remove this complaint but not a moment sooner. I am also sending a copy of this to the Flaorida Bar Association.

Wells Fargo Employees Sharron Cecil, Chris Bice, Ms. Marshall, Ms. Parker have asked me to not pay and pay late to get a Home Affordable Modification.
The reason behind it is FRAUD. The Home Affordability Program Enacted March 4, 2009 guidelines indicate that banks get more incentives when a customer is in default and less incentives when they are current. Nothing done
Advertises on line as a mortgage modification co. I paid $495 back in Jan. Every time I emailed them to the progress of the modification, all they gave me was lip service. The last time I tried to email all of the contacts on my list, they all came back as undeliverable. I was switched to 6 different people over a period of 2 month. If you call, you automatically get voice mail with no return phone call. My mortgage co, claims they have never been in contact with them. This is an out and out scam. I requested a refund and nothing. I completed a complaint form with the Attorney General Consumer Protection of Idaho. I also file a complaint with Fannymae. I know now that I will never see any of the money I paid them, but at least I can warn others of this scam company.
