Looking for a law firm that is willing to take on Chase or will add us to a class action lawsuit relative to actions of Chase Home Finance while supposedly processisng our loan modification application.

They have been jerking us around for a year and a half now telling us that our application for a HAMP modification was denied but not furnishing us with an explanation. They put us in their in-house modification program without our prior knowledge or authorization and stuck us in their trial modification program where the payments were almost double our regular house note. When we could not make these payments because they exceeded our income they denied us a modification under that umbrella as well.

Chase has never put any of this on paper. Has never responded when we requested paperwork on our HAMP application and its denial or paperwork on their in-house modification program. We never agreed to participate in their in-house program.

We have complained to the COMPTROLLER OF THE CURRENCY ADMINISTRATOR OF NATIONAL BANKS (OCC), the federal regulator responsible for Chase Home Finance and also filed complaints with other Missouri regulartory agencies.
