This company is a scam. They are under investigation by the FBI and Attorney General in Arizona and they are indicted for fraud in MN. They claim to do loan modifications, but they dont, they take money and do nothing most lenders will not even work with them because their reputation is so bad. I worked there briefly so I know they are a scam and all these testamonials they have posted here are fake and it is obvious. First of all if you look at them they are all they almost the identical they just changed a few details and they only have the clients initials and when someone is giving a good review they usually will give their name. But I know for a fact these were written up by managers in the office. Stay away from this company or at least do your due diligence and check out any loan modifiction company before you use them.
