Most Mortgage restructing companiess are scams, I have yet to find one that is legitimate, most mortgage companies are not restructing a loan, not unless the get pressure from the Feds, unless the laws are changed everything will stay the same. I wouldnt work with any of the companies not unless I didnt have to pay them unless they got me a good offer, never pay them a dime up front.
