I bought 3 daily tickets for Rock en Seine 156 Euros in 13/08/2010. I received an immediate confirmation e-mail that my credit card is charged and the ticketing is in process and I would be informed. I did not receive any more e-mails, so I wrote to them several times asking if everything is ok to which I had no replies.
Then, on 27/08/2010, I received an automatic cancellation e-mail, which says they would send me another e-mail concerning the re-payment in 3 business days. Again, I did not receive any more e-mails. I wrote to them 3 times since, and they do not reply any of them.
This is the situation now; it has been 1, 5 month since they got the payment and 1 month since they informed me that the tickets are cancelled. They did not reply any of my e-mails and did not refund the money. They simply STEALED my money.
