I just had the same problem with this company. Please DO NOT make any reservations with Moss Travel or through the web site bestbookingcentral.com
I made a hotel reservation about a month ago, I received two messages from the company confirming the reservation, a confirmation voucher, and my credit card was debited. Yesterday, on April 7, I received a mail from the company saying that the reservation was cancelled. I tried to get in touch with them requesting information, an explanation, a refund, but so far I have not received any answer. The hotel confirms that the reservation was never made.
That's why I made a research on the company's name and found out about other people having the same problem.
This is very disappointing and I surely hope that everybody sees this message so that other people don't fall in the same trap. Good Luck!
