Took money for an hotel booking that was later cancelled
Moss travel took £60.86 from my visa debit card, for a three night stay at the Hotel Demel in Poland, which I booked up on the internet. When we got to the Hotel, apparantly booking had been cancelled, so we had to pay more to stay ther. Upon return I checked my bank account, and the original £60.86 had been taken out. Bank and trading standards are looking into my complaint. Tried to contact Moss travel myself, to no avail as ansafone or cut off! This is a disgrace, and has put me off using the internet in future to book things up!

Non Booking of Hotel Room
Booked an hotel in Glasgow with Moss Travel, back in January 2010 for an August stay. Have just found out the room was never booked though payment was taken fom my credit card. None of the web addresses work any longer.

No Hotels
Me and my wife went to Berlin, had a Voucher from Moss Travel to a hotel there, we came to the hotel and they never heard of the reservation or the company Moss Travel.
Dont buy somthing from that company, ist a Fake company

Ho prenotato un hotel a Stoccolma con Moss Travel per la metà di giugno e solo oggi, 07/06/2010 casualmente ho scoperto che non esisteva alcuna prenotazione a mio nome. Sono truffatori e bisogna sporgere denuncia penale contro questi ladri.

DO NOT USE MOSS TRAVEL. TOTAL SCAM. BOOKED HOTEL IN HOLLAND WITH THEM AND ARRIVED WITH MY DAUGHTER ONLY TO FIND NO SUCH BOOKING. STRUGGLING TO FIND ALTERNATE ACCOMMODATION. APLYING FOR REFUND THROUGH BANK. NOT HOPEFUL.
HOPE THEY GET WHAT THEY DESERVE.

Fraudulent transaction
I made and paid for a hotel reservation. I cancelled its and requested a refund according to the terms of the reservation. I received notice that a refund would be issued within 7-10 business days. This was more than two months ago. I notified my bank of fraudulent charge on my account. Stay away from this place - it is running a scam.

booking cancelled
Booked an hotel in Helsinki but credit card rejected. Booked again and got 2 bookings. Cancelled one with difficulty - mid April but still no refund of money to my credit card. On 7th May got an email to say they had cancelled my remaining booking - something to do with charge back from the bank and was cancelled for security reasons. Get emails which are hard to understand, cannot get any reply from phone numbers [ voice box full]. They are useless. HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM! How can I contact them and get my money back from both bookings?

Scam

Do not use moss travel / myhotelss. com (bestbookingcentral.com; hotelcollect.com; hotels2foru.com; hotelsto4u.com; konukturizm.co - all the same) Booked hotel through Moss Travel on their Homepage www. myhotelss. com - got an voucher, credit card billed. I beIeive bank account where the funds went to is in Bulgaria - Plovdiv, company Ileyimport Ltd.
I canceled the booking when I realized that it was a scam site. I searched the net information on Moss Travel and saw complaints on this site
MOSS TRAVEL said my card would be refunded in 7-10 working days. It is now 16 working days and still no refund !
Myhotelss.com is their newest website but it's the same with bestbookingcentral, hotelcollect etc.. same people !
I've written but continue to tell me that they returned the money and there are problems with my bank.

Fraud
I booked the Crowne Plaza in Singapore with Moss travel / Bestbookings central - they took my money and sent me a voucher. When I checked out of hotel they had not received the payment. I contacted Moss travel and was told my bank had cancelled booking and they have refunded the money. Neither of these things are true - I did not cancel and they have not refunded my payment. Have now paid rack rate for hotel and moss travel! Very unhappy senior traveller!

Wrong booking
I made a booking through MOSS TRAVEL for a hotel in rome very close to Termini station. I was very happy for the price i got on this site. They gave all the details of this hotel on the site and even the e-voucher had the address of this hotel. They even charged me the full amount on my creditcard. Before leaving i send an e mail to this Hotel, and to my horror they informed me that there is no booking by my name. When i gave them the e-voucher, i was informed that the hotel had nothing to do with MOSS TRAVEL. and that my booking is for a hotel by the same name and located 30 KM from rome. I then contacted MOSS TRAVEL. they sent a mail saying sorry and that my amount would be refunded. I am now in a fix as all hotels close to termini are booked. MOSS TRAVEL is a big fraud. please do not make any booking through them, unless you have money to throw. I am still waiting for the refund and god knows when it will come.
