Fraud and Theft of my funds
Hi i booked a hotel to checkin on May 1, 2010 via Moss Travel and this website, theytook fubds via my credit card, provided me with hotel voucher. Then April 28 i receive an email saying that i had requested chargebacjk from my bank and that they have cancelled the reservation due to security reason. I did not cancel any holiday, so i phoned the hotel directly and sent them the email of the booking confirmation and they had never even received this booking. they are as surprised as me.
I beIeive bank account where the funds went to is in Turkey. I will be contacting Watchdog and the police to recover my funds.

Booked with www.bestbookingcentral.com for the Expo hotel in Valencia about 1 week before we were due to checkin got an email saying booking at been cancelled. When I questioned them all they said was my credit card company had requested the money back. Spoke to my credit card company who said they sent no such request. Moss Travel then said my card would be refunded in 7-10 working days. It is now 18 working days and still no refund!
When you call the phone number it just cuts out, never get a reply to my emails, I am now going to try and write to my credit card company to see if they will refund as a gesture - what else can I do?

i booked hotel through them in january, they confirmed a booking at thr la reserve hotel, soon after...april the 7th i received a cancellation of my booking, ..when asked why, they said i asked them to cancel[which is untrue]..trying to contact them via the phone is pointless[ box filled]..i strongly urge people to avoid Moss Travel[www.hotels2foru.com...dont really know how they are getting away with this ...they are still accepting bookings...be told, beware...graeme

Fraud
We booked a hotel in London for 5 days. The company Moss Travel took the money from my credit card and then out of the blue sent an e-mail cancelling the booking. We have booked a show, train tickets etc. Reading others comments its a scam and can't get in touch with them.

do not use moss travel / bestbookingcentral.com
Booked hotel through Moss Travel on their Homepage www.bestbookingcentral.com - got an voucher, credit card billed. looked nice.
Then one day before departure - a simple notice by mail "reservation has been cancelled"
No signature, no name, no contact persons no reason no whatsoever.
e-mailed for clearification - got a reply from Konuk Turizm (Who the hell is this?)
we received email from our bank. You requested charge back... cancellation made for security reasons. total nonsense. a few calls later (contacting bestbooking central not possible due to full answering machine); my bank confirmed that no charge back was requested. Hotel confirmed that no reservation was ever made neither in my name or my friends name, moreover bestbookingcentral.com is unknown and so is konuk turizm and moss travel. new email to both bestbookingcentral and konuk turizm asking for clearification - who wonders - no reply.
charge back request pending now.
