i paid for two tickets to see pink in concert at sheffield in october using mostwantedtickets.com. I paid for the tickets in june and was sent an email to say that i would receive the tickets at least 2 days before the event.
A week before the concert i rang to see when my tickets would be arriving, i was told that they had just recieved them and were sending them out in the post to me that day.
after a few days the tickets still hadnt arrived, i was told that there had been a problem with their suppliers and they would make sure that i recieved the tickets on the day of the concert by special delivery.
on the day of the concert i opened a parcel expecting to see my pink tickets, only to find that i had been sent the wrong tickets for a different band who were performing in a weeks time!
i contacted mostwantedtickets who apologised but said that there was little they could do with it being the date of the concert. Therefore they had had over £200 of my money for 4 months and had failed to provide me with tickets to the concert. They did however give me the details of the person who should have received my tickets and asked me to fork out £5 to post them onto this person immediately!
After many phone calls i was told that the money would be credited back into my account (which it was over a week later). I was also told that i would be sent a cheque for 40 pounds as compensation, its over three weeks later and i am still awaiting it.
I found the whole process of dealing with this company stressful as nobody seemed to care, the level of customer service was virtually zero and i would never recommend them to anyone.
