It was about 2:30 am on a Monday. There were no other choices because every other decent hotel was not awake to take in a registration. There was a sign to be patient since they were using a new computer system. ok. The woman asks for my address. Why? Why would you need that? The woman says its not for her its for corporate. Well, i don't feel its necessary for them to have that info in order for me to have a room since they already have my credit card info. Her response - she completely stops what she is doing and asks - do you want to go somewhere else? And not in a nice way. I obviously have no choice. Then we go to the room and find that it smelt like urine, perhaps even dog urine. There is also a dog next door that you can hear thru the thin walls as well as you can smell it thru the vents AND the fuzzy blanket had tons of dog hair embedded in it - and we had NO dog! There was a dead fly glued to the wall above the door. It was just terrible. The one nice thing? - it had a nice shower.

Hi my name is valerie my mother and i both worked for motel 6 here in las cruces nm... i really dont appreciate that the front desk was rude not to mention that she told my mother F*** You... Also i find it rude as well that they forced me to sign a write up sheet for no reason at all... and i also injured myself there sometime around june and they refused to put in the workments comp pay... and they do favortism there as well... which i think its discrimination... when we go into work and we get stuff ready to stock our carts there is nothing to start with... we have to wait till 12:00 in the after noon for supplies... and we keep telling the Gm Holly About it and they had meetings but nothing has been done about it... i also dont appreciate that they kept rushin and pushin me to get my rooms done by 12:00 im sorry to say but its impossible to do 9 rooms by 12:00 specially when you clock in at 10:00 and get your carts stocked check out is at 12:00 and u have to strip your own rooms... but what im tryin to say is that im the only one that they rushed and i like to make sure that my rooms are clean and perfect..also i feel as if something is found in one of my rooms for them to come and tell me that same day not a week or a month later down the road... they surposly found something wrong with my room and they surpoly took a picture of it but they never showed me the proof... i feel as i shouldn't be forced to sign a write up sheet...theres no law saying that i had to sign it... i feel as if they should pay my workments comp pay that i am entitled too...so id really appreciate it if something gets done here..im also sorry to say but ill never work at that motel again the employees are really rude not to mention the Gm Sucks she had bad manger skills.she doesnt do anything u ask... its all favoritism there... anyway id appreciate as i said before if something gets done here thank you...

Oh i would appreciate it if i get that workments comp paid to me because i still owe the hospital bill and another doctor a bill and because of motel 6 i cant even pay them.

My mom has worked for this Motel for over 20 years. She has never once companied about going places for meetings or classes. Now this regional manager comes in and says she is not doing a good enough job for them and fires her. I think maybe someone should look at this man (or so called man)and see if he is doing a good enough job for this company. I and my family and friends will never stay at a Motel 6 again. I will tell everyone about the unfairness this motel is all about. Thank you for your time, Tina
