On July 26, 2008 we checked into the motel and there were kids running all over the place. When going up the stairs to the 2nd floor, there was some trash and ice cubes on the steps. The room looked O.K. Then we went to find something to drink, the other stairs going down, there was a mans sock on the floor. All night the kids ran through the halls and slamming doors. It did not quite down until after 11:00 at night. I had to be up at 4:00 A.M. to catch a flight. I did not get much sleep needless to say. The clerk was not very pleasant. When the phone rang, she told them to call back because she was busy. Never once did she give us a smile or say welcome so I knew I was not going to get any satisfaction if I had complained. She never told the kids to be quite or go to their rooms and stay there. I have no idea where the parents or chaperones were. I will never go back to that motel every again or recommend it to anyone. I have stayed at other Motel 8's and had great service. This one was not very clean or friendly.
