I won a Spa Advantage Package that was suppose to include: Hotel/Resort Advantage Accommodations (Choice of hotel or resort for 2 adults, up to 2 children), Spa Gift Certificate, Golf Discount, Dining and Air Discounts, Calling Card, Fuel Card and 35mm camera. When I submitted my request, via the hotel/spa options, my first and 2nd choice that I selected from the list were no longer available. I was told that some of the hotels were removed from the original list as a result of a new contract award. I was unable to book a stay at any of the hotels in the downtown area of Memphis, which was my preference (there was 4 originally on the list). After going back and forth with hotel options, I was able to make a reservation at a hotel 15 miles away. The hotel did not offer the Spa option so I had to sign a waiver. Even though the fuel card was included in the package, I had to submit a voucher + $3.95 (plus the price of the money order) to get it. I was originally told that it would be a $50 fuel card. I sent off the money order for $3.95 + the voucher 1 Apr 09. The voucher indicated it would take 4 - 6 weeks for delivery. After 8 weeks, I contacted Motivation Advantage to inquire about the card. I was told it would be mailed the next day. Well I never received it. I repeatly called and annotated who I spoke with each time. After 4 pages of documenting, I finally got the fuel card 7 Aug 09, 5 months later. In addition, it was only for $20 versus $50. To sum up my compliant, I only got my hotel stay and a fuel card because I continued to call and followed up to get the hotel and fuel card. I did not recieve any of the other items referenced in the package. I was totally disappointed with the personnel, customer service and the timeline for a response. I had to constantly fax them my original package info and fuel voucher receipts before they would take action. Thank God I document and keep receipts. I would not recommend or refer them to ANYONE!!!
