I checked out complaintsboard.com and did Internet search on this company before ordering the downloadable software, everything seemed OK, that is until I paid for the software and after they received my CC number and 'receipt' online with a link to download there was no software to download. An email from them with the link to my software goes to Motivnation.COM (which is an automotive company). I called my credit card immediately and intend to contact the FTC and I've already contacted their domain registrar.

Luckily, I made PDF snapshots along every step of the way, as well as my 'online chat' session with 'Jessica' one of their reps who said they are affiliated with Adobe Software.
