I ordered a motorcycle helmet from
www.MotorcycleStyle.com on 11-12-08. My VISA card was
charged by "MCS Bikers Store of CA Toronto CD" on
12-23-08 in the amount of $315.87, but the helmet has
not delivered as of 2-4-06. Repeated phone calls and
emails to MCS Bikers & MotorcycleStyle have not been
returned. Do not purchase from this outfit.
I have filed a complaint with VISA to get the charge
removed from my account. At the urging of VISA, I've
cancelled my VISA account (i.e. VISA is assigning a
new account to me). Next step is to contact the New
York State Attorney General's office and the Better
Business Bureau.

I have since found out that others have had the same
problem. We need to close down this outfit and
prosecute them.
