I sent my battery to Motorola Warrenty Department 2222 Galvin Dr Elgin, Il. on November 30, 2007 and was told that it was be 10 days before I got a replacement. It is January 5,2008 and I still don't have a battery for my I880 telephone. Where is my battery. I was told that order #13127583 was supposed to be shipped two weeks ago and I still don't have a battery.
