I have given my Motorola Mobile Phone L9 Standard for service at Redington India Limited, Bangalore which is an authorised service center of Motorola on 05.08.09. The reported problem was Keypad and Front Glass was broken and it needed to be replaced. The work order no: is BL/MO/09/03136.
I have contacted Ms. Manjushree, Redington India Limited manytimes for update of my cell phone and she has promised to get back with the details. However she has never come back. Now they are not at all picking up the landline call (080-22868889). I'm really annoyed since it is already more than one month that I'm not even in a position to know the status of my mobile. I have already paid an advance amount also. It is really surprising and shocking to get this kind of response from as reputed company like Motorola.
In view of the above you are requested to do the needful.
