About Very Bad Behavior Of Service Center

I have a motophone (Model F3 ).after one & 1/2 year in my set ringtone are not ringing.then i am go to your Service center(Ridington India Ltd, 18 MMM Marg, Lucknow-226001, Tel: 2206715(Alwyes ringing not recived, 2205892(all day engage tone), and give my set to mem she pass that set to service engg. Mr. Rakesh and they are saying this set are not repaired because parts are not recived from company. then i am say why when this model in continued in market what that is poosible parts are not avilable then he will be says again ok you are deposit your set with Rs.115 then i am try to make that set if problem in board is not reaper and on Work Order No. LK/MO/0906330 write it service charge are not return why sir if first he say the set are not repaierble then he deposit my set with Rs.115 why i want to you only either my set are repair or my service charge are return my email add [email protected] and my mob No.9935342912 Name Ramendra Singh shekhawat

Worst service & customercare

I had buy Motorola handset in 2008, still it has not covered an year and started showing signs of problem, working goes slow, stop reading memory card & hands free not working. I submitted my mobile to Motorola Authorized Service Centre ACTIVE TELECOM, pitam pura on 07/07/09 & the guy there told me that it will be ready by 20 to 25 days, putting me in an impression that a mobile repair could take this much of time still having no option i agrreed for it.
After a period of 21 days i called them up bt they told me that mobile is still not ok & required 4 days extra. Then i gave them a call on 25th day & the answer was same. I lodge a complaint in motorola customer care on 29/07/2009, complaint no 090729009565. Customer care ask me for 48 hours to identify the root cause but when i call them after 2 days they told me that due top week ends they require 48 hours more, but there executive sayyam must understand that i lodge complaint on wednesday & that was a week day not week end. Still i gave them enough time to identify the root cause for taking this much long time but when i connected them after 7 days they were not confirmed about the status of my mobile, i asked them no of there senior for which they convyed me mobile no 09793210000 Mr Rajesh (NORTH REGION REAGIONAL MANAGER), which is not operating since they gave me, may be a FAKE no. Now on 10/08/2009 still ACTIVE TELECOM persons want 4 more days as the mobile has been despatched & is awaited and customer care is not attending my call as after getting my complaint no they hold me for 12 minutes. I think that i had made a BLUNDER mistake by purchasing MOTOROLA Handset.
