irresponsible service center guys
I bought a motorola mobile last year (sept 2008), i forgot the model name... the arrow button came off the mobile during my waranty period, when i went to the motorola service center in egmore, they said they cannot repair the damage, and reverted me to alwarpet branch. When i went yesterday to the service center in alwarpet(17th novemember 2009) i was given a token no of 59, at 2:15 PM... and the token which was active that time was 48, there was a lazy lady who was attending to all the customers, every customer were inside atleast 20 mins, if i had to wait for them to call my toekn no, it would take evening 6:00 PM, hence i had to give the token back to them and leave that place without doing nothing to my phone... This is a pathetic situation, and i hardly find time to do all these, which had gone waste... The last option is stop buying motorol phones... not only me... i would recommend it to everyone in my family and friends... USELESS COMPNAY... NO SERVICE... IT IS BETTER TO GET NOKIA PHONE... PLEASE DONT BUY MOTOROLA MOBILE PHONES...

Dirty phone
I tried to get Sprint/Firefly to send me another phone when I told them I could not read the numbers on the front, because it was so dirty. They said I did not qualify for one until march 2010. Then I only got a discount on another one. So, I sent it to the Motorola Co. in Texas to be cleaned. The returned it as dirty as when I sent it. I still cannot read the numbers in the little glass window. Filthy dirty.

bad service, mishandling and delay
There was a display problem on my moto rokr U9 cell phone. So i gave it to a motorolla service centre as it was under warranty then. The ser centre was located in thane(w) neer talav pali. After few days i went to collect the cell phone and saw that the problems were not rectified and the warranty period was over. I explained the problem and gave the cell phone once again to him. after that he kept on delaying. His cell phone was swithed off whenever i tried calling him. Visits to the service centre went in vain. And eventually when i got my cell phone after 2 1/2 months, it was in the worst condition possible. the display (front and in) was badly scratched, the flap was very shaky, the display problem was still not resolved, the phone's edge was broken and the chip inside was visible. I did not eccept the phone and gave it back to him. It has been 15 days and i am not able to reach him. His cell phone is Switched Off and i've heard that the service centre has shut down. not returning mobile by service center
Respected sir/mam,
I am Amrish Jindal residencial of meerut (u.p.). my cusin Piyush Mittal had perchased a mobile of motorola company and after few months (may be 2 monthes) he faced the problem of no display. he submitted his phone to the related authorized service center date on 28 -7 -2009. but also after passing a month, that was not returned to him. the services says that your mob has not come from the company and you have to wait for the reply. they always say that they will call him themselve if that is come. last time (date 05- 09-2009) when i reached there for complaining against their foult. they reply me that they can do nothing and wait for 15 days more. then after i might be able to take that. and suggested me that if am facing a lot of problem by their product then i should not purchased
that and also said me that "you can do any thing, which you want."
so, i have reached at the point to collecte my money beck in the place of mobile.
Please help me.

A W490 cell phone was ordered on 8-9-09. The order was placed on hold because the shipping and billing address were different. The address was added the next day and Motorolla had said that the order had been shipped as of 8-16. After checking online the order was still on hold. Called motorolla and was xferred to sales and call was dropped multiple times. Finally was put through to sales and they said order was being shipped. After checking online again, called and Motorolla xferred the call to the admin department who supposedly pushed the order through properly but they couldn't overnight the order. Online the order still says partially shipped as of 8-28-09.

Deactivation of mobile set on lost
I Lost my mobile 2 days back. With IME code I tried many times the motorola customer care to deactivate my mobile set for any illegal use of it. But there was no response at all
