I bought Motorola v3c on 11 th April 2007.And the invoice no. is-i2oo7-08/4100-1102-00052 which i bought from the Tata mobile centre.
The phone has a screen disappearing problem as soon as we open the flap.I gave the phone to your authorised service center-UCOM tech. (p) ltd rajindra Place.
They gave me the phone as it is after keeping the phone for a week.Then again i gave the phone to the same Centre with the same problem.The job sheet no is 105-07-12622-001.They said that they have changed the screen but i am facing the same problem.Please help me in maintaining FAITH in MOTOROLA COMPANY.
Sir you should visit the service centre to see the unprofessional attitude of your staff there.
