i got mobile motorazer v3i from motorolla . but after 9 months it has problem in the battery back up . mobile only run for 2 hours then turn off automatically and mobile is under warranty . so we have given the mobile for repair at

but they have not given any solution to the problem . we feel very bad customer service and bad service centre

and still the nobile is in warranty and in service centre . the company is neither repairing the mobile nor replacing te mobile .
if we would not get the solution of the problem we will surely go to the consumer court and suggest the people not to buy the motorolla mobile and other products
