I have been selling my car through auto trader and receieved many calls from motor shop uk.com offering to sell my car. Apparently they will advertise your vehicle and offer finance to the buyer. I was advised they even had potential buyers waiting.I was asked to pay a one off fee of £99.49 for nationwide web coverage with up to 6 photsos with immediete upload with photos and email and postal confirmation.

£90 of which I would be refunded upon sale ( which they aim to do within 7 days).

Since paying the fee, I have had no confirmation, now sent over 7 emails with no response and attempetd to call over 15 times, twice they have answered and I have been promised a call back which has never happened.

Surprisilngly nor have I had any phone calls from potential buyers of photos of my car uploaded ( which I have now sent them 4 times to remind them to upload)

All I want is a full refund and I cant even get through to them for that.
