I have had very unpleasant and unprofessional business here from patient to doctor activities and thoroughness of exams . I often feel they call me in or send to THIS office to make money and waste my time all for me to have to go to the Highlands Ranch to get things right. They are very rude compared at the englewood office and VERY UNORGANIZED not to mention UNPROFESSIONAL . The main caretakers there are RN-Shelbie Loopez and Dr. Grace Cheng. I have hated this office from day one and was so PLEASED AND HAPPY TO CHANGE TO THE HIGHLANDS RANCH OFFICE staff is friendly greetful smiley and just pleasureable the nurses n staff make you feel very comfortable at ease and attentive to needs and want to hear what you have to say. I was treated like a drug addict at the englewood office because my main doctor was out of town . I had surgery just barely a month ago i am having complications been waiting on results from Ms. Cheng for 2wks when she said friday which was 48hrs. hmmmmm she did not feel or exam me and refused me pain treatment after only less than 3 wks of healing and i was treated so rude because while my surgery i now have a blod clot in my whole entire right arm all she said go to the ER then decides to send for a scan i know nothing about results 2wks later . so 3wks after surgery people they don't treat you for pain or atleast ms.cheng. it is now 5wks i asked ms. cheng to have my doctor call asap when he returned from vacation just found out he has been back a week very disappointed still no call or results or pain treatment and IB 800 or 50mg Ultramthat don't help feels like freddy crouger inside my stomach scratching away THANKS MS. Cheng MY FAMILY PHYSCIAN prescribed he doesn't understand why they are not treating for after surgerical pain?! Shelbie & Dr. Cheng did not even do pressure point exam i had a state physical July 1st soooooo I REALLY NEED TO TALK TO DOCTOR as he feels Ms. Cheng should treated my surgerical pain as well. Waiting to see what my doc says about my treatment while he was away before i put his name out cause so far HE IS #1
