I purchased iCopy after I received an unsolicited email from Movavi.com to backup my new 3GS iPhone. (A Cucusoft product I purchased before did not work)

However, iCopy also did not work on my Vista Ultimate HP Media Center machine.

It NEVER discovers the iPhone (3GS).

I have sent screenshots to Movavi support SHOWING that the iPhone IS

connected in iTunes at the same time iCopy cannot find it, but they have sinmply ignored my request for a solution or a refund.

Unfortunately I paid with PayPal instead of a credit card - lesson learned - and since PayPal

only refunds not shipped products, not not performing products, I am up a creek.

I have now purchased Touchcopy 09 which works flawlessly!!
