I was overcharged to what was origional binding estimate based on company's personel at my place. I was told that the discount is not valid on the date of my move so I have been overcharged. It all happened after my stuff is all picked up and stored at their pick-up truck on the date of move. On arguing with dispatch manager (& owner of company mr. Ethan Shaya) I was threatened that my stuff will be put back in apartment and move cancelled if I did not pay "new increased amount of charges". I was even overcharged for tape and packing items which were clearly written in binding not to be charged.
Later at drop off, I was again overcharged saying that long trailer can not come to my street. Whereas it was allowed on my street and I have proof pictures of another moving trailers dropping of items within my building. My items arrived in beat up shape and broken as well. I can provide proof of my statements / claims.
