I was SO upset with this company. I couldn't belive it esp. after reading these "wonderful" reviews on their website.

This is for a 2 bedroom condo that was already packed up except for the 2 bedroom furniture sets and living room furniture. We moved all of our clothes and dinning room chairs by ourselves.

First of all they showed up at 6 pm on a Saturday after they had been moving someone else all day. So needless to say they were already tired.
They piled all of our items in the front of our condo on a rainy day (the couch still smells) insted of right into the truck.
They didn't finish till 1;30 am and gave me the bill which was more then DOUBLE for what I was quoted.
The fuel charge was more then triple what i was quoted.
When I went to put in new carpet in our home, they went to move the bedroom furniture and foudn out that both of the back legs had been broken off and the dresser was balancing on them! With having a small dog who's toys get under furniture and goes under to get them scared the living you know what out of me. It could have fallen at any point on someones foot or my dog!


I called they would give me $50 to help aleviate the Variances in prices but that all prices were able to fluctuate because the guy who gave me my quote was new and didn't do something right but I guess that was my fault. They were not understanding at all.

It was a miserable move even the movers themselves apologiezed saying sorry it was taking so long they were jsut tired from the prior move. So how is that my fault? I got charged more for each additional hour they had to work, and they were slow because they were already tired!?!?
