I had rented a movie to watch and kept it 6 days but did return it. When we went in to rent another movie I assumed that we would have a late fee, and they had charged us 14.99 for the movie, 3.99 for another week rental and 11.97 for ev charges (whatever that is). Why we got charged for the movie when we did return it I have no idea so we ended up paying the 3.99 and 11.97. So we rented another movie about a month later and I returned it the NEXT day. Then i get something in the mail saying we owed 26.96 cause we never returned it. So I call and noone really even cares to help me but then the manager says they did inventory last week and they don't have it. So i refused to pay and told them they probably have an employee stealing a lot of the new movies. But whatever the deal is, it needs to be fixed.
