scam
I signed up for unlimited downloads, but could get nothing. When you sign up it says you have 7 days to ask for a refund, but there is no method for doing this. If you go to the customer service page and try to send an email, you will get a message that says the website is not available. The members area is a joke. They get around this scam by putting in barely readable red letters at the bottom of the webpage they only exist as an organized website to provide third party access to freeware and software.
STAY AWAY! My lesson. Always check reviews before signing up. I lost $75 for a three year subscription. No where did it say that was the cost until my credit card went through. Foolish me but never again.

I signed up for a 1 year access to movies, TV shows and Anime for 1 payment of £22.00. This was supposed to allow me to download any movie, tv show, music that I wanted. It would not download anything. I would like a full refund asap please

Cannot use service, no Customer Support
I signed up with moviedownloads.com on 10/11/08 and paid with a credit card. I did not get a receipt for the transaction, but I checked my e-mail and I was charged $44.83 through Paypal, right away. I was supposed to receive an e-mail with the details, but never received that message. There is no phone # to contact them, only on-line, but that's been no help. When you click on the Support link, there is only a line that says Customer Service, and the rest of the page is blank. I have tried this for 3 days now, with no success. So, AFTER reading bad reviews about this website, I think I have been scammed. Next time I have to be more careful and read the reviews BEFORE I try anything.
