I have purchased movil mobile on 9th of Jan. 2010. I have faced problem with touch screen on 27 of Jan 2010. I have reported to Mr. Vijay from Movil. According to his suggession, I have gone to Accel service Center. They have changed touch screen. After 4 days, again have had faced same problem. I wasnt able to call. Its a manufacturing defect in that mobile thats the reason facing similar problem. And it is persisting beacause of the manufacturing defect only. But service person ie. Accel representative(Location Manager) trying to push me on using faulty piece. I am facing lot of problems. Movil representative are not picking phones. Not giving proper answers. Always saying yes but they are not turning up. I got tired up by following them, every now and then they asking to come over, wasting time and not giving proper solution.
