Total Rip Off!!
I originally got this company to move me because it was estimated to be roughly the same price as me moving my stuff from alabama to oklahoma myself. come to find out they charged me aditional $800 just to pack my stuff onto their truck. then they told me after they had my stuff that i was over weight by over 2, 000lbs!! they told me they put it into a storage space and wouldnt give me my things till i paid the difference. i went from $1900 to over $4000!! it took me a month to save the cash up and borrow what i could to pay them. once i did they took over a week to get the money order cashed! they didnt even want to pick it up until i called the police to make them do it!! once they finally did they told me where it was. they had it in a HUGE storage unit that they wanted to charge me $260 a month for, and my stuff only filled up a 1/4 of the space! upon renting a truck i started loading my things and discovered that not 1 of my boxes were in the square shape that they stared out in! it was a total mess! i found out that i no longer have a kitchen table that i paid over $700 for! once i got my things home i then discovered that the boxes that my dishes were in had been done like on the movie ace ventura pet detective. it was beaten all up had holes in it and i now only have 3 plates no bowls and 2 saucers!! i mean how can people just be so careless with others stuff?!?!?! i was told i was over weight by 2, 000lbs but i then took it to a weight station and realized that i actually was under the original quoted weight!! so i have to now figure out how to get my almost $2000.00 back and get my kitchen table! i am betting that this will end up in a court battle. so as i say STAY AWAY!!!

Dishonest, Rip Off, Unprofessional
In the past 9 years of moving with a full moving service, this has to be one of the worst experience that I have ever encountered. Your MISSION STATEMENT of service is misleading and inaccurate. My experience was full of DELAYS, HASSLES, and DAMAGE AND MISQUOTES. I choose this company since I was hounded down by the Sales representative (Becky) saying she could provided an excellent quote. The quote based on my furniture/inventory list (most companies go by weight) But first quote given to me was by weight, submitted to me in an email that I can provide. Movers were unprofessional and caused many inconveniences due to my waiting for them for many hours. First, loading was rescheduled to 12pm-4pm after I asked for morning service. Second, 4pm arrived there was no phone call, therefore I had to reach-out. I was told there was traffic and they should be there at 5:30. 6pm, no movers, no phone call, therefore I had to reach-out AGAIN. Another excuse of traffic was mentioned. 7pm, no movers 3rd reach-out to 866-696-9292. Movers say they are lost and they would call me. One-on-One phone call to movers "my GPS is not working, can you meet me". Therefore, I had to go find the movers to guide them to proper loading site; it is now 7:45PM. Movers took smoke-brakes, removed shirts, and took apart unnecessary furniture because they didn't have enough room for my apartment inventory. Damaged a piece of my bed (that was left behind, that I still have) and left packaging material that I had to discard after 10:30PM when they left my apartment. Head mover told me I went over my sq.ft. quote, which I expected because waiting 5 extra hours I added 6 boxes and a basket because I was sitting there waiting and waiting. At the end of loading I was quoted a ridiculous amount and unaffordable. A discount was applied but still was unfair and I was mislead by my "quote". Manager (I'm guessing) Yumi, has not tried to help me in this manner. I explained to him on September 28, 2010 that everything done was unprofessional and unfair. He mentioned that the mover measured all Items, which added more "money" to quote. How can you provide a binding quote with an inventory list when all furniture is not the same size? My inventory list was 95% accurate expect the 6 boxes / picnic basket added. Now my property is in storage for a few weeks, but I'm afraid that there will be damage because of my reach out about bad experience. I'm not asking for a huge discount but to be treated fairly and compensated upon delivery (unload, reassemble) due to the false Mission Statement that I trusted in on your home page. I know this is business and we all have to make money but word travels fast in a social network world about experiences with companies.

Dishonest, rude, Unprofessional
This company is the worst moving company I have ever dealt with. The day they were suppose to pick up our belongings they showed up 6 hours late. When we called, they put us on hold 15-20 minutes and were extremely rude. They basically let us know we were 'lucky' they were coming at all. They were rude and used vulgar language.

We gave a specific date for our furniture to arrive. They showed up 15 days late. Again, they told us they had the right to do so. Each time we called we were told the furniture would be there in 48 hours. Obviously this was not the case. 15 days is a long time to live someplace without your belongings. When the furniture did arrive, dishes were broken, the boxes were crushed, our bikes were missing, our mattress which they assured us would be wrapped, was sitting in water, filthy and water stained. Dealing with them has been a nightmare. They don't care about you or your valuables. They are rude, extremely dishonest and horrible to work with. I highly recommend you stay away from this company.
