Once the contract was signed and a partial payment made all customer service stopped. The movers showed up late, forcing me to drive alone across country in a snow and ice storm. I was told Id be compensated and now I cant get anyone to respond to e-mail or VM.
The movers requested a 15% tip upfront and when I refused (why pay tip based on service before any service has been performed) my goods were delivered dented and scratched and boxes were crushed and open.
It has been a horrible experience. I tried to save money and was assured I was protected and that they would be with me all the way. I wish I had read other posts more seriously before going this route.
