We lost internet in July 2010 as we had an old router. Movistar said they would send one out - it is now November 2010 and after 12 phone calls, each time promising we would get it in 10 days, we still have no router and am unable to use our internet. I have never know such a company to give terrible customer service. Since July we have been paying 69 euros each month for internet that we can't access without the new Movistar router.
We offer our villa for holiday rental which includes internet, which we are unable to provide. We have had all our holiday makers complaining and giving us a bad review.
