Cannot access hotmail account
My name is Mark Hungerford. When I attempted to use Mozilla Firefox to access my hotmail account, [email protected], I was prevented by Mozilla, which prompted me to "run" or "save", after signing in. I had to use internet explorer to access my account. |

Usually, I LOVE Firefox. But when I got one of the updates, it started to automatically switch my homepage to searchqu, something that I have never heard of. I have followed many directions, even resetting several areas in about:config. NOTHING WORKS!!! I can't get Google to be my homepage for my life. It is awful!!

MAIL SEARCH ISSUES
It seems that whenever I REALLY need to use my "mail search" in yahoo to complete work, it stops functioning - just keeps cycling, trying to open. Some days it's OK, but lately it's been a terrible problem, lasting hours at a time, day after day sometimes. I thought it was a yahoo issue, but if I switch back to IE, it comes right up, all the time, even when down in Mozilla and no one seems to care over there...I'm exiting as soon as I can from the troubles.

Unnecessary updates
Removing the status bar was unnecessary. Even though there is a new extension that brings back some of the utility of the statusbar, the extension should not have been necessary and the status bar should never have been removed.
There was already a mechanism in place to remove it if you didn't want it, "Views/Statusbar". So if they wanted to have the status bar hidden by default, why not have an option to return it, how novel, by simply going to "Views/Statusbar" and reenabling it.
Now eclipses the EULA (Licensing agreement requirement) as the greatest blunder ever by Mozilla.

it`s a piece of shit !
firefox gets worse with each "update" !! What`s worse, users are forced to accept these stupid, unwanted updates !!
I`ve had it with firefox !! The last "update" killed my "back" button ... I have to close firefox and restart if I want to go back to the previous page ...

It looks as if Mozilla has become another Google/Yahoo/Microsoft, shoving new things down our throats that we never asked for. Whatever happened to marketing research? Whatever happened to "leave well enough alone"? Unfortunately it looks like it's back to IE for me.

Crashes like there's no tomorrow
Firefox (all versions) crashes like there's no tomorrow.
On a good day, it crashes about 3 times. On a bad day, it crashes at least 5-10 times. And on any other day, the program is "not responding" for a good half an hour before I have to close the window, lose all of the information that I was probably typing and restart the program. Then, not 10 minutes later, Firefox will decide to not respond again and then you have to continue with this cycle.
There's a reason why I've switched to Google Chrome.

Continuing sounds when window is closed
Every time I watch some kind of video on any website in Firefox, if i close out of it for any reason and choose not to finish the video, the sound continues playing and I cannot stop it. It's impossible to turn off. It makes me crazy! I now am sitting, waiting for a half hour TV show video to stop playing the sound so I can watch something else. I hate it.

Hello, ı dont know if the problem is with my computer or not but after downloading the version of mozilla firefox 3.6 ı have difficulties playing videos, while trying to play them the page stops and ı can not reach any websites. Actually ı like using firefox hope to see the new version

it fucking sucks
mozilla fucking firefox crashes my computer everytime i try to get on, never get it it sucks balls! I was trying to play a game, it kicked me off, right after i waited for an HOUR for it to load, then it fucking kicks me off so it can update me to the new firefox, i didn't even say i wanted the new firefox!!!
