This is to inform you that i purchased i MP-3(Philips-Go-Gear Model), but after few month some problems were arising with its ear phone, i bought the head phone in the service station, and they commited to get the replacement in the 3 days, but even after sever visits, i have not recieved my ear phone, they always make some exuse, and said come after 2 days.<br />
Its so paathetic to get service from company like Philips, since our Company does purchase electornics goods very often from Philps, so this i'd like send one mail to my purchase deptt., so that next time before purchasing they should keep the pathetic service of Philips in mind, and better to go for an another option.<br />

I'd promy action is highly appreciated.<br />
