While I was trying to download some sheetmusic (I am a musician)I came across a site that was advertising for music. I logged in but I did NOT pay anything! I simply gave my visa-card nr. in order to pay future byings. A week later that stole 44 euro from my account. So I wrote an E mail to complain: of course: NO reply! I thaugt it might have been a mistake, so 2 weeks later they did it again: result I now have lost the total amount of 115 euros. I immediatly blokked my visa-card and made it impossible for them to cause more dammage.
Question: how can I get my money back? Do I go to the police? Is there some website who can help me? Can anyone help me? How can we stop those crooks?
