I want to complain about the company with website www.mp3mall.net. they were cheat every client as me when I bought Sony recorder icd-sx46vtp .

I've ordered SONY RECORDER ICD-SX46VTP on internet from www.mp3mall.net and at that time only had $111.86 then I've paid already , I waited for nearly month to receive it . I was angry when they took my money in the bank out and didnÂ’t care what the clients think about them. They havenÂ’t had a professional business on internet since I bought Sony recorder icd-sx46vtp. They treated client as a people who had nothing to lose after buying.
Instead of shipping ICD-SX46VTP, they delivered ICD-SX46, but its different about the model and price. They didnn’t sorry and answers when I complained about it !
They had a mistake about the way they did.

www.mp3mall.net can't be shipped direct to California . I didn't know what the reason why they had no reputation shipping to CA, and clients.
I was disappointed the way they did. They didnÂ’t respect these customers.
At this time, they changed the price for ICD-SX46 VTP: $144.86, ICD-SX46: $111.86 ItÂ’s waste of month for me only to buy and receive a wrong item .I hope, they have some solution to solve for me.
