I Ankur Bhardwaj . I am your customer I purchased a Sony mp4 walkman
(NWZ-S615F) from your Sony shop in Mangalore ( Karnataka) 2 October, 2008 it was having a warranty for one year . With in one month my head phone is gone that you replaced in Mangalore in a very pleasant way and again another month its gone than your Dheradun service center persons directly refused me we will not replace and they don’t know how to handle a guest Than I called up to your toll free no. than they explain me in a proper way that accessories has no any warranty . Its ok for me I purchased another Sony head phone . And again walkman gone internally screwed on 25th of November 2009 than I went to your Dheradun service center and they refuse me again they told me I don’t know and we will not repair if you want than we will charge you at 26th of November 2009. I told him this is in a warranty they told me whatever we don’t know . Than I came back and at 30th of November2009 I went your jaipur service center Global Services they told me you come later now we are busy Than I went on 1st October2009 to your Jaipur service center than they refuse me again come later in a very rough way . Than I went again after three and half month later because I got some accident than they told me we will repair but we will charge you (5, 100) because your warranty has been collapse . who’s fault is here my product corrupted in warranty period but because of your bad service stations my warranty collapse and I got lot’s of problems mentally and physically because I purchase Sony product . Really before that I was believe upon Sony with close eyes that’s why I purchased otherwise apple ipods also available in market and they are provide excellent customer satisfaction after that I believe upon you I was planning to purchase a Sony laptops but with this kind of customer satisfaction how can any suffered person think and refer others for future dealing with you .Now I am not doing any complaint just I want to aware you that what your customers suffering and if you already aware with that than I am sorry . If you not than you are loosing your market only making money is nota every thing customer satisfaction is important more than the money .You also knows than unsatisfaction of any customer is not good for any organization . After that its up to you .
