I saw an advertisment for a Canon 5D for sale. I enquired about the product, and request an invoice, which was duly sent to that includes shipping to an amount of R14 272. I paid the money into their bank account with the promise that the product will be shipped the same day. They even re-sent the invoice with a stamp on marke PAID in red. The following day i received an e-mail apologising that their couriers were late and that I will receice the camrea before noon the next day. At 12h06 I e-mailed them to tell them that I still did not receive my camera as promised. I then receive an e-mail from Mr. Robinson informing me that the orderwas recalled as they were not allowed to sell only one camera at a time. I was requested to pay another R14 272 then they will fullfill their obligation. I can be lucky, according to Mr. Robinson, to pay only for another one as their policy (ex London) is actually three at a time. I then request their London office to intervene. Their attitude is exactly the same bar for the fac that they claim that they are selling the camaras at below cost. Now that does not make sense then why you have to buy more than 1 is it? Be aware!!
