This is a complaint against Mpower Media, also known as Mpower Entertainment, which is a tv advertising company. They charged me for commercials that didn't run, and overcharged me for the commercials that did run. Mpower gave lots of excuses about why my commercials weren't having a response. It wasn't until I contacted the cable and TV companies that I found out the reason I wasn't getting a response is because Mpower didn't run the commercials that I paid for!

Tried for 3 months to get a commerial done. After several calls daily to get to sign, when i did and they started deducting money out of my account all the calls and e-mails stopped. This is what they do, they get you to sign then as they stall for months and months they already have stolen thousands out of your account. SCAMMMERS!!! Beware!

Do an internet search, there are more and more issues and soon to be class action lawsuit coming up. I will post more after my lawsuit.

From the moment I started doing my research, I stumbled on mpower media website and I started to get bombarded with calls from their sales people for weeks (even after I have started my communication with one of them). I believed that the next best step for promoting my company would be a TV commercial and I was sold on it. Despite of my husband doing a research and telling me that there are some negative comments of people mainly complaining about not getting the services they have paid for, I was already so blinded with the sales guys David Winters and his sweet talk that I just ignored all the warnings. DO NOT DO THE SAME MISTAKE I DID AS ALL THOSE COMPLAINTS ARE TRUE. I have paid them $30, 000 in advance (they accept only wire transfers - sneaky as you can never get your money back) for a commercial over the period of 6 months. As my business is rather unique, no one knew how to approach this and I requested a "campaign pause" as part of the contract which they included in the contract. When we were working a commercial, I was told last minute that my desired actor was not available and they have chosen one for me. When I found the campaign ineffective shortly after it started to run, my phone calls and emails went unanswered. It took me over a month to get a hold of another person in the company who informed me that my request has never been done and the commercial was running until all my credit run out. All of my attempts to get any resolution, even with the SEO Morgan Masters were ignored, when I filed a claim with BBB, they said that they have no refund policy and they are not obligated to do anything. So what did I get for my $30, 000? Absolutely nothing! I am sorry, I am wrong - I got a lot of headache, aggravation and sleepless nights and the scam company goes free again thousands of dollars richer!
