Senior disabled couple paid off there dentist bill but bank sends a bill statement saying they still owe 1000.00$ tried to fix problem with billing enquieries but they are in El Paso Texas so now thier next step was to get documents to DA and also going to media, family, friends, neighbors and advising them not to have anything to do with your bank for anything.
