I support your company's Broadband interested, so I call to Sandakan, Sabah Office to make inquiries. The counter staff transferred me to Broadband Business Department, and by Mr. Abel (Hp: 019-825 0017) is responsible for my case. I pass all the supporting document to Mr. Abel has more than two weeks; He did not give me any respond. And I do not answer his phone and not allocated to reply to any of my messages. Even i call to Sandakan Office, the counter staff but also to see any help & just ask me try call Mr. Abel. They told me that is not their business.
In no way, I found the Great Wall Telecommunications. They only took less than half the time I registered for the good, the next day will be able to use your company's Broadband. So that i have your company's services attitude is very unhappy.
Why the same is case but have different services? Will Mr. Abel is promising what did my case? I even doubt Mr. Abel simply never registered for me. I hope that your company can do for my investigation of this matter, so that other consumers will not repeat my question so disappointed in your company.
