So I wanted to recommend Mr. Number's service to my clients, & I wanted some more information on their referral program, so I submitted a ticket.
I received an e-mail saying that they received their ticket, but I couldn't see any response.
I wasted 20 minutes of my time trying to figure out how to log into the bloody ticket to see a response.
Once I was logged in, there was NO response, & this was days later.
I tried to get their phone number through who is, & I guess I was tired, because I didn't realize their domain was privatized, but there was a number, so I called it. It was some hosting company called Dream Host.
They didn't allow me to leave a message, <sigh> so I submitted a ticket. At this point I've now wasted close to an hour of my time.
Their sales department at least got back to me right away saying they didn't own the Mr. Number domain, rather as a courtesy they allowed that company to use their phone number. Why they would do that I have no idea since they aren't a domain registrar.
Anyway, they refused to give them all the info I wrote in the e-mail about how I'm not happy wasting all this time & I'm about to post a complaint online if I don't hear from them, but the guy was kind enough to say he would e-mail Mr. Number & tell them I'm looking for them.
That was 11 days ago & of course nothing.
As I always say to my clients, if a so called company online doesn't respond to e-mails, tickets & does NOT divulge a working phone number, they have something to hide & are very unprofessional. Or, their customer service is so poor they hide from the numerous customer complaints.
I went from wanting to help this company to them now having a complaint about them instead.
