Tenants at a home I own called Mr Rotor for a clogged up sewer line. We as the owner did not know nothing about the problem until it became a real big problem. They sent in a Diagnostic tech he ran 25ft of snake in the sewer line busted off and just left the home. Someone from the company came out the next day and would not even try to retrieve the snake quoted me a price of $3200.00 to dig out the sewer line. Problem one is they had no right in coming in there the owner did not say OK. Second you do not just leave a snake in the line. Called this company they did not give these people a invoice no paperwork whatsoever. Very poor service and if they broke a snake off should not just leave it there. Unprofessional and a money making scam. I called a plumber to put a camera down the line and the snake was reached and pulled out by hand. My hand. The second guy who came I had asked if he was going to try to retrieve the snake he flat out and said know. This is a bad business. When it sounds to good to be try with the pricing it will cost you a lot of money.
