This was the worst experience I have ever had getting my car repaired!!! I would never recommend this company to anyone ever!!! So what should have been an easy fix turned into a nightmere! My car was making a noise they told me it was the struts so I had them replace them. I picked my car up and it sounded worse then when I dropped it off to them. I took it back and they had broke the spring because they didn't compress it right! They tired charging me for this part till I called corporate and made them replace it at no cost! So they fixed that and my car still made the noise. They gave me an estimate of $500 and I ended up paying $850!!! And my car still sounded like crap! I ended up taking my car somewhere else to have them look at it. They replaced my sway arm links charged $125 only had my car for 1 hour and it was fixed!!! The noise is gone! Now why couldn't they dumb manager at Mr Tire figure this out?!?!?!?!? Maybe because he is too worried about his sales then he is about customer service! I think this place is awful and will never go there ever ever again and will tell everyone what a P.O.S place this is to get anything done to their car.
