On July 17th 2009 I Purchased a 12 cup programable Mr Coffee coffee maker. Not six months later - I filled the coffee make with water and it drained all out at the bottom. I cleaned up the mess and took it over to the sink and tried filling it up again and the water drained out of the bottom. Called the service number due to the warranty and found out the closest repair facility was 180 miles away. I threw it in the garbage can and yesterday I purchased a Black and Dekker.

I am 69 years old and have always purchased a Mr Coffee coffee maker - but not anymore.
