	dwindle January 13, 2011 automatic withdrawl I had defaulted on a credit card. I had disputed the charges due to an account secure plus program I was paying for. They sold my disputed account to MRS. I made a deal with them to take payments out of my checking. They took the money out the wrong month, and the wrong day, this caused my normal checks for bills to bounce. Even though I disputed the charges, and called them. It took them 8 days to deposit it back into my account. Two weeks later they did it again. My account is now frozen because I am over $400.00 overdrawn. I also have to pay returned check fees. Do I have a legal suit?
	BIGGUN350 August 22, 2009 Phone Harassment I have had 2 phone calls this week from this MRS Collections, asking for a Shawn Cooper . I explained, the first time, that I have had this phone # for 10 years & my name is not Shawn Cooper nor do I know how to contact him & he has never lived here 0r had this phone # . The second call came on Sat. morning Aug.22 @ 9a I had just gotten home @ 6a & been asleep for an hour & a half, now can't get back to sleep . These people need to be stopped from harassing the wrong people .
	November 17, 2008 not reporting my payoff I was contacted my this company and set up payment arrangements which were never repoted as paid. Now when I ask them to send payment verifiaction they say they can't help me
