Last weekend, my husband and I bought a tickets from Thailand to Malaysia. We were very excited about going there ang looking forward to many things. On our last day, we got to LCCT late but I was very sure that we were still 30 mins before departure. I went to Air Asia counter asked the staff to checked-in. They looked my Intiary and said, "Sorry mam, you have to buy a new tickets. Our check-in counter had already closed." I spent 10 mins begging them but not worthed. So, we bought another tickets at 18.45pm. We got everything ready for our flight until we came to the custom x-ray. They told me to open my hand bag and took my hand cream lotion out of my handbag. (very dissuppionted) The Malaysian lady in front of me have a same kind of lotion. She can went thru but not foreigners. We went to the Gate and engaded to the supervisor. He was helpless and ...Malaysian people at LCCT had been very helpless and had no service's mind at all. It had been a lesson for us not to go back there again...
