My problem is that Digital River do not recognize my order number and that I have lost the recently purchased & downloaded software.
I really hope you can help me with this issue that has turned into a nightmare!
I have contacted Microsoft Customer Centre support, I have contacted csdmsdirectservice who, ultimately have asked me to contact the american Digital River Customer Service for replacement, as the Uk telephone lines are just a joke!
Prior to that I have also contacted already the UK Digital River Customer service but with not success.
When I did that, even with them(the american DR support service online), my order number has not been regognised or found! Therefore, no Customer Support!!!
Can I ask for re-fund to termitate this nightmare?
NO! As my customer no is not found nor recognized! from Digital River.
I seem to have no way out but to lose both money & software along days end days of contless phonecalls & e-mails. Could you really allow this sort of behaviour with No CUSTOMER CARE AL ALL even to paying customers?!
The Uk Digital River, that is where I have purchased the prodoct have a useless telephone numbers (2 lines )I need to re-download my software and although I have paid extra for the so called "Digital back-up online service I can't benefit of my customer paying rights as you DO NOT recognise my ORDER NUMBER GIVEN from my printout receipt after the submitted paiment of £85.34 on the 31/12/09.
I am attaching my prove of purchase with all the relevant details including the activation number trusting you that this is going to be sorted at once.
